Terms and Conditions — Automotive Mahindra Kerala

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern the booking and purchase of Mahindra vehicles through Automotive Mahindra Kerala (Dealership). By proceeding with a booking, you (Customer) agree to be bound by these Terms.

• Booking 

When you place a booking with us, you express your intention to purchase the selected Mahindra vehicle and agree to be bound by these Terms. Booking shows your interest and is subject to vehicle availability at our dealership. Booking does not constitute a complete sale. It is an offer from your end that will be accepted upon confirmation from Automotive Mahindra Kerala.

You will receive a booking confirmation via SMS and email, along with a booking reference number. Our team will contact you to complete the documentation and invoicing process.

• Price of Mahindra Vehicles 

The on-road price will additionally include registration charges, insurance, handling charges, and optional accessories, which will be communicated to you by the dealership.

Ex-showroom prices are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. The final vehicle price applicable will be the price prevailing on the date of delivery. The balance amount (after adjusting the booking amount) is to be paid directly to the dealership. Automotive Mahindra Kerala is not liable for any price variations arising from government levies, tax revisions, or manufacturer price changes.

• Finance 

If you choose vehicle financing, you will be governed by the terms and conditions of the respective financial institution from the point of application. Automotive Mahindra Kerala acts only as a facilitator and is not a party to the loan agreement.

All documents and information shared for finance purposes will be forwarded to the financier and will not be retained by the dealership beyond what is required. Automotive Mahindra Kerala is not responsible for loan approval, rejection, interest rates, EMI terms, or any actions taken by the financier.

• Delivery 

The vehicle will be delivered to you by the dealership only after full payment of all dues, including on-road charges, insurance, and registration fees. Delivery timelines are indicative and may be subject to change due to logistical, manufacturing, or regulatory factors beyond our control.

The vehicle will be delivered as per the variant, colour, and specifications confirmed at the time of booking, subject to manufacturer’s availability. Any changes to the delivery schedule will be communicated to you in advance.

• Cancellation & Refund 

You may cancel your booking prior to full and final payment of the vehicle. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the dealership at or in person with supporting documentation.

• The booking amount is refundable upon cancellation before full payment is made.
• Once full payment has been made and the sale is complete, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.
• Refund processing time will be communicated by the dealership on the date of the approved cancellation request.
• For vehicles under special order or custom configurations, cancellation charges may apply depending on the stage of processing. This will be communicated at the time of booking.

• Purchase Terms 

These Terms apply to the booking of the vehicle. The actual purchase will be subject to additional terms and conditions as prescribed by Automotive Mahindra Kerala and Mahindra & Mahindra Limited, including the vehicle sale agreement executed at the time of final payment. Customers are advised to read and understand all purchase documents before signing. Automotive Mahindra Kerala reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.

• Limitation of Liability 

Automotive Mahindra Kerala shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the booking or purchase of the vehicle. Our maximum liability in the event of any dispute or claim shall be limited to the refund of the booking amount paid. We are not responsible for any delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to manufacturer delays, natural calamities, regulatory changes, or force majeure events.
